Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property associated with Arkaza, including but not limited to in-game content, server configurations, and customizations, is owned by Arkaza.

Data Usage:
We collect and store only the necessary data for server operation. This includes Discord ID, Discord Username, Nitrado ID, Username, ARK Unreal Engine ID, and Hardware ID.

Payment and Billing:
Donations made to support the server are non-refundable. Your contribution goes directly towards maintaining and improving the server.
In the case of damaged or undelivered stickers, you may be entitled to a refund.

Termination:
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the server if we determine that you are in violation of our server rules or engaging in activities detrimental to the server community.

Updates and Changes:
Regular updates and changes may occur to improve server performance and gameplay experience. Please stay informed about these updates.

Communication:
Important announcements and updates will be communicated through our official Discord server: discord.gg/arkaza.
Changes to the Terms of Services will be announced on Discord, and it is your responsibility to review them.
